Gastronomia Horeca

American College had a strong presence at the Gastronomia Horeca exhibition, which took place on the last weekend of December at the International Fair. At booth 630, professionals of the industry had the opportunity to chat with AC lecturers and staff about training seminars and assessed curricula.

Guests were impressed on videos from seminars by renowned professionals who organized culinary seminars for AC students, as well as on culinary arts students, who were awarded in the culinary arts competition that took place on Thursday. The exhibition was inaugurated by the Deputy Minister of Tourism, Mr. Perdiou, who discussed with exhibitors and expressed his support for the Fair.

AC Marketing Officer Mr Yiannis Ioannou stressed that professional exhibitions bring academic institutions, suppliers and professionals of the hospitality industry closer  and new partnerships can begin. "The American College has nothing to envy from international academic institutions, its renovated premises, its qualified teachers, and the careful curricilum of its seminars and programs of study qualified AC as one of the most important culinary institutes in Southern Europe. We are partnering with the 35 infamous hotels that want our students for internships and permanent employment. ”
