Christos Barkas: New seminar series

On Tuesday, March 3 and Wednesday, March 4, beloved Christos Barkas visits the American College again for a series of culinary and bakery seminars exclusively for college students.


The theme will include the production of fine bread with variations and will last for two hours. Students are invited to copy Christ's techniques and try out subtle creations. This is the first scheduled thematic cooking seminar for 2020, and in the coming weeks students will have the opportunity to attend thematic seminars on other aspects of cooking and pastry. It is worth noting that cooking seminars are offered free of charge to students and are considered as additional teaching material.

Recall that in the previous cooking seminar Christos Barkas prepared with the help of students traditional Greek recipes along with a deconstructed cheesecake.
