On April 5, 2019 AC Hotel Management students visited the Artnaldas concept café in Nicosia and had the opportunity to discuss with the owner of the business as part of the Food and Drink Management course.
Within two hours the students had practiced their baristas skills and had been informed about the Artnaldas menu, which includes platters, fresh soups, salads, coffee and fresh juice. In a interesting discussion they learnt about the opportunities and challenges of this industry and importance of building a specific image for your business.
Assistant Professor Marios Charalambous thanked the owners and staff for the hospitality He said that "it is our duty to hold bonds with the industry, so we can prepare our students better not only for internships but also for finding a job."
