Kitchen Labs

 

Two spacious working-spaces are designed to enable AC students to work together as a restaurant team. The kitchen labs are connected with the restaurant lab, so Culinary Arts students can cook and Hotel Management student can serve as if they were in a real restaurant .

 

Our kitchen labs feature commercial industry equipment which are designed to reassure the best possible learning goal for AC students.  Whether students are sauteing, boiling, broiling, or baking, kitchen labs have a wide selection of modern equipment  to meet any of their cooking needs
